原為住家。過去以地瓜為主食的年代，內部曾儲滿地瓜籤。國軍部隊進駐聚落後，便於前方增建起水泥房（已拆除，牆面可見痕跡），經營起軍人生意：擺設撞球檯、供應水餃、泡麵等餐點、協助清洗軍服及被單。

The former residence was a place stocked up with shredded sweet potatoes in the
days when sweet potato was the staple. Following the garrisons of the Republic
of China Armed Forces, a cement house in front was added to accommodate pool tables,
serve dumplings and instant noodles etc., and provide laundry service for
soldiers (removed and remnants still visible on the wall surface).

1980年代，屋主遷至大坪村經營利達文具店，此地改作儲藏漁具之用。2010年代起，大浦逐步活化聚落空間，屋主夫婦帶頭參與，老宅成了活化團隊之起居空間。

In 1980s, the homeowners moved to Daping Village to run Li-Da stationery store and repurposed the place for storage of fishing equipment. Starting from 2010s, the homeowners, Mr. and Mrs. Chen, take the initiative and engage in revitalization of Dapu settlement, and
their old residence becomes the living place of revitalization teams.
