Special services operated by contract private agencies of the military in order to

This place was once the first contract teahouse on the Dongju Island but due to its proximity to residents, it was soon forced to move into the military camp to the west of Daping Village in 1960s in reaction to residents’ concerns of demoralization. Since 1990s, contract teahouses are closed down all over offshore islands as types of amusement change and awareness of human rights hikes.
